The event will be held at the Marseilles Community Room located at 230 Broadway at 103rd Street.Our featured speaker is Kate Wood, president of Landmark West. She will discuss our block’s historic architecture, our neighborhood’s new historic delegation, and upcoming local landmarking issues.
