For vendors
Help out at the Yard Sale.
It's a lot of fun and a great way to raise money for the block association by selling books, baked goods, food, and T-shirts.  Contact the block association president.

What is the Yard Sale?
The Yard Sale is the West 104th Street Block Association’s annual block party, celebrating life on our block and in our Bloomingdale neighborhood. It's also our major fundraiser, providing around 20 percent of our annual budget. The party features a silent auction,  live music, home cooked food, and more than 60 local vendors selling everything from household items, toys, and clothing to furniture, antiques, and jewelry.

The 2008 Yard Sale -- our 19th consecutive annual -- will take place Saturday, September 27 (rain date September 28). It starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

The party is held outdoors on 104th Street between West End Ave. and Riverside Dr.

The block association happily sells your used books and CDs. Sorry, but we cannot accept journals, textbooks, computer manuals, vanity press books, theses or LPs. Donations are accepted one week prior to the Yard Sale (look for a flyer in your building with the details) and proceeds benefit the block association.
