Dues
Suggested dues are $35 per household per quarter, or $140 a year. Please feel free to mail or deliver your annual dues at any time. If you can't pay the entire amount now, any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Thank you -- you're helping to make West 104th St. a wonderful place to live!

Dues checks should be made payable to West 104th St. Block Association and mailed to our treasurer: Barbara Boynton, 905 West End Avenue, Apt. 71, New York, NY 10025.

You have the option of allocating your dues to the program of your choice: security, beautification, newsletter, social, or board discretion. (Of those members who choose to allocate, most choose security.)

Funding sources
Individual dues account for most of our funding. Other sources are:

- contributions from two co-ops on the block
- proceeds from the Yard Sale, curbside cafes, walking tours, T-shirt sales, and special events
- newsletter ads and subscriptions
- contributions from film and television production companies
