Dues
Suggested dues are $30 per household per quarter,
or $120 a year. We're now in the midst of our 2006 fundraising drive. Please
mail or deliver your annual dues before the end of March. If you can't pay
the entire amount now, any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Thank you
-- you're helping to make West 104th St. a wonderful place to live!
Dues checks should be made payable to West 104th
St. Block Association and mailed to our treasurer: Sid Herzfeld, 895 West End Ave., #5D,
New York, NY 10025.
You have the option of allocating
your dues
to the program of your choice: security, beautification, newsletter, social, or board
discretion. (Of those members who choose to allocate, most choose security.)

Guard service cost
The block association pays $11.95 an hour for guard service. The guard receives
$6.80 of that (the minimum wage is $5.15 an hour).
